The winners of the South Asia leg of the Campaign Agency of the Year 2018 winners were announced in Mumbai on 4 December 2018.

Mindshare dominated the awards night with a total of 18 wins. The haul also consisted of the South Asia Digital Agency of the Year  and South Asia Media Agency of the Year titles. However, MediaCom was named the India Media Agency of the Year.

Ogilvy India was the South Asia Creative Agency of the Year. The agency won Gold in the India Creative Agency of the Year and Pakistan Creative Agency of the Year categories. Priyanka Joshi was the India Young Achiever of the Year. 

Mindshare Sri Lanka won Gold in the Rest of South Asia Digital Agency of the Year category. The agency also won Gold in the Rest of South Asia Media Agency of the Year category.

In the Pakistan Media Agency of the Year category, the agency's Pakistan office won Gold.

Its India office won Gold four categories: South Asia Integrated Marketing Agency of the Year, South Asia Mobile Marketing Agency of the Year, South Asia Social Media Agency of the Year and South Asia Best Culture.

In the 'People' categories, Mindshare's Prasanth Kumar was runner-up in the South Asia Agency Head of the Year category, as was Sunny Rangwani in the South Asia Channel/Engagement Planner of the Year category. 

The agency's Nithya Ravi won Gold in the South Asia Channel/Engagement Planner of the Year category. Deep Singh won Gold in the South Asia Strategic/Brand Planner of the Year category. 

Sanober Ali from Mindshare won Gold in Rest of South Asia Young Achiever of the Year category. Wardia Ather finished as a runner-up in that category.
