GLOBAL - Sony has unveiled its first global brand message, 'make.believe'.

The new line is the first time Sony has introduced a single brand message for all its entertainment and electronics businesses worldwide.

‘make.believe' aims to unite Sony's communiation across electronics, games, film, music, mobile phones and network services.

Sir Howard Stringer, chairman, CEO and president, Sony Corporation said: ‘As we move to transform Sony and integrate the very best in electronics, entertainment and technology into the homes of our customers, the importance of an all-encompassing and unified brand image is more important than ever'.

‘In addition to reigniting the innovative spirit of our employees and our products, make.believe will differentiate us from countless competitors and inspire consumers around the world to embrace all that is Sony,' he added.devices.

Sony also announced that it will introduce a 3D compatible BRAVIA LCD TV in 2010. The company will also launch a Sony BRAVIA Internet Video feature which will enable viewers to watch online content through their television.
