Ogilvy Philippines has announced the appointment of executive creative directors Chino Jayme, Noah Valdez and Dino Ocampo to lead the creative team across all brands for Ogilvy Group in the Philippines.
- Chino Jayme is an award-winning creative leader with over 13 years of experience. He joined Ogilvy after working for over 11 years at TBWA.
- Noah Valdez has served in both a general management and creative leadership capacity as both managing partner and ECD for Bates CHI & Partners and worked for this Ogilvy brand for 16 years.
- Dino Ocampo is a 20-year industry veteran whose experience across advertising, direct marketing and digital has brought him recognition from Cannes Lions, the Asia Pacific Advertising Festival, and Spikes Asia.
VCCP Singapore has appointed Soleil Badenhop as its new creative director. Badenhop previously worked at the Manila-based Gigil. Before that, she served as associate creative director at Dentsu Jayme Syfu. Her work has earned numerous accolades, including Gold at Cannes Lions, D&AD, Clio, New York Festivals, The One Show Awards, London International Awards, Spikes Asia, and Effies.
Independent creative agency Silver Machine has appointed Belle Tapalla as head of account management in the Philippines. Tapalla spent the last five years working on marketing, CRM, and digital projects at Philip Morris International. This marks her return to Silver Machine, as she was previously the digital account director for Philam Life. Before that, she worked at DM9/Dentsu Jayme Syfu.
M&C Saatchi has announced Tanya Vragalis as the agency’s new managing director in Australia. Vragalis joins the executive leadership team and will focus on leading M&C’s client delivery model with Woolworths Group's Greenhouse Collective. Vragalis is not new to M&C Saatchi; she previously worked with the agency from 2017-'18, leading CommBank, before leaving to join TBWA. She spent more than six years at TBWA, and her most recent role was MD.
Comcast-owned CTV ad platform FreeWheel has appointed Tess O’Brien as its managing director for Australia and New Zealand. In her new role, O’Brien will work to connect FreeWheel with buyers and sellers in Australia via its streaming advertising technology. O’Brien will be located in her hometown of Sydney after spending eight years in FreeWheel’s head office in New York in both product and commercial leadership roles. Most recently, she led FreeWheel’s buy-side business in North America. Before her time at FreeWheel, O’Brien held various commercial and corporate strategy roles, including at Foxtel Media (formerly Multi Channel Network) in Australia.
IPG communications agency Golin has promoted Shouvik Prasanna Mukherjee to executive vice president of global creative innovation, effective immediately. He has been recognised for spearheading successful innovations out of Asia for Golin’s global network, including the Executive Impact Matrix and AI Incubator SPARK. In his new global role, Mukherjee will be responsible for creating new products and proprietary solutions. He continues his current remit as Golin APAC’s chief creative officer and will remain leading the agency’s Creative Intelligence Unit, a division integrating analytics expertise with creative and content. The unit was awarded Specialist Consultancy of the Year in 2023 and 2024 by PR Awards Asia. Mukherjee, who joined Golin back in 2011, reports to Asia-Pacific president Darren Burns and will also support Ginger Porter, global chief client officer and innovation council chair. Digital agency Social Panga has been appointed as the social media marketing agency for grocery delivery services DealShare in India. The mandate is to create sales-led and brand-led campaigns to help DealShare leverage the digital space to reach a wider audience. As part of the mandate, Social Panga will also work towards establishing the brand as the go-to choice for planned grocery shopping.
Ashley Clasper has joined Ogilvy PR ANZ as a client partner for mobile and AI. She previously worked at The PR Group for more than two years, where she last held the position of account director, working on clients like Applied Electric Vehicles, RMIT Online, SevenRooms, Wunderkind, and Domain, among others.
PR and social agency Darkhorse has announced that co-founder Mike Hewitt will take on the Sydney-based role of Darkhorse CEO. Business partner Francesca Kelly will step into Hewitt’s former position as managing director of NZ.
Five by Five Global, an independent agency, has appointed Mark Anderson as its new managing director. Anderson will be in charge of the agency’s operations in Australia. Anderson was the former managing director of Cheil Australia for the past eight years. He was selected for Campaign Asia’s 40 Under 40 in 2022. Anderson will replace the incumbent MD and founder, Matt Lawton, who is moving into a global position within Lawton Communications Group's parent company.
Innocean Australia has announced several new hires, effective immediately.
- Nick Cole and Pat Allenby join the agency from DDB Australia as creative directors to lead the Kia business. The creative duo has over ten years of experience, having previously worked at The Royals, Special Group, and more.
- Mirjam Grari joins the agency from Verve as director of insights and brand experience to lead insights and brand strategy across all the agency’s clients.
- Audrey Fitte-Umark joins from Carat as Innocean’s new media client director, bringing over a decade of experience spanning audience analysis, insights and strategy, and communications planning.
- Josh Bisset joins the agency from TBWA\Eleven as a digital content creator. He will use his photography, videography, and graphic design capabilities to boost Innocean’s content offering.
Dentsu Aotearoa has appointed Lisa Divett as chief strategy officer. Divett brings extensive strategy and planning experience, working across agencies, including Clemenger BBDO, Proximity New Zealand, and Colenso BBDO. More recently, she ran her own consulting practice, Happy Thoughts Consulting. Divett has also served as convenor of judges for Effie Aotearoa for the past three years.
Following its expansion into India earlier this year, Invnt Group has announced three leadership appointments. The live brand experience agency has recruited talent from Publicis Groupe and GroupM.
- Vijay Vardhan joins as creative director. He was most recently senior creative director at Publicis Groupe and worked for VML&R and Sportz Interactive prior to this stint.
- Sujay Ray will be appointed as the new senior director of operations in South Asia. Ray will be based in Mumbai and brings expertise from his previous position as senior director of Activations at GroupM Media India.
- Gayatri Shah joins as senior director of account services and business development in South Asia. She will also be based in Mumbai and has previously held senior director roles at Mindshare and MSix&Partners.

- Aprille Lim has been promoted to senior account director. She was previously an account director who joined the agency in 2022.
- Luke Ireland has been promoted to account director. He was a senior account manager and joined the agency in 2021 as an account manager.
- Shannon O’Mara has also been promoted to account director. O’Mara joined the agency in 2019 as an account coordinator.

Australia headquartered independent shop Magic, has announced a new leadership team with Shahram Ghaffurian, who founded Magic in 2019 and previously served as head of media and technology, in the CEO position.
- Bernie Cullen is now the head of media. Cullen joins Magic from GroupM where she was head of delivery for Victoria and South Australia.
- Sarah Baskerville comes to the newly created role of head of growth. She joins the shop from growth strategy firm Vibrance, where she was partner.
- Sam Terminelli has been promoted to head of strategy. Terminelli joined Magic in 2021 and was most recently head of engagement.
