Pang is going to join BBDO China, and the agency is currently looking for his replacement.

"We thank Vincent for all his hard work and dedication to McCann in the past six years," said Carol Lam, managing director and chief creative officer of McCann Shanghai. "Now we appreciate that it's time for him to move on to his next challenge, and we wish him all the best in his new role."

A creative talent from Malaysia, Pang has extensive Greater China agency experience, having worked for Saatchi & Saatchi Guangzhou for three years on key accounts like P&G’s Creast Toothpaste and Head & Shoulders, Olay and Xian Janssen Pharmaceutical. In February, DDB relocated its worldwide creative headquarters and chief creative officer Amir Kassaei to Shanghai. Also in February, DDB Guoan Beijing appointed Stephen Mui as executive creative director.
