Country manager of Kinetic Singapore Krishnan Menon resigns

HONG KONG - Krishnan Menon country manager of Kinetic Singapore has resigned with immediate effect to pursue "other interests".

Country manager of Kinetic Singapore Krishnan Menon resigns
The agency will not replace Menon, but day-to-day running of the Kinetic Singapore office will be undertaken by its general manager Anil Perera.

Chris O’Donnell (pictured), chief executive officer, Asia-Pacific said: “Kinetic will see major investment this year as it looks to cement its place as Asia’s leading out of home agency. Out of Home is an industry that badly needs such attention, and Kinetic will review our whole client service arrangement, and will be creating new buying tools systems and audience insights to give its clients the highest quality service in this sector.”

O’Donnell, who was previously global head of business development at Kinetic Worldwide's London office for four years, took up the CEO Asia-Pacific role based in Hong Kong just four weeks ago.

Kinetic Worldwide promoted Alex Thompson – most recently CEO of Asia-Pacific – to the newly created role of global head of business development in London office last November.

Some of the key outdoor advertising clients of Kinetic Singapore office include Nike, Asia-Pacific Breweries, Unilever, GSK and Singapore Airlines, and the agency also has offices in, Malaysia, China and India, Thailand, and the Philippines.
