The appointment will see UM Singapore tasked with the media planning and buying duties, while T.Y.A. takes control of the brand's creative direction.

Ray Pak, general manager at UM Singapore, said the new appointment is a great chance for the agency to work with an established brand and creative agency.

“We are pleased to be working with both Brother printers and T.Y.A.," he said "Brother is a global brand and we are looking forward to working with the brand locally."

Yoshimi Hirokazu, managing director at T.Y.A. Singapore, said, “We’re pleased to be entrusted with the Brother account. Brother is synonymous with its high quality products and services all over the world, and we look forward to revitalising this established brand in Singapore.”
