Grey is tasked with launching Brother’s new range of laser and inkjet printers and multicunction devices in the Asia-Pacific region, covering above-the-line, online and below-the-line creative.

“We have chosen Grey not only on the basis of their pitch, but also because of their knowledge and expertise in dealing with product innovators such as Brother,” said Tim Fujimoto, director and general manager of Brother International Singapore. “They proved they have the market and consumer insights we needed.”

Subbaraju Alluri (pictured), CEO at Grey Singapore, added that the agency aims to expand and strengthen Brother's presence in Singapore and across Asia-Pacific.

“We look forward to getting started on doing some great work with Brother,” he said.

Brother International Singapore is the regional headquarters for Southeast Asia, with fully integrated sales, marketing and services capabilities. It has subsidiaries in Thailand, Philippines, Malaysia, Indonesia and Vietnam. The company declined to disclose the incumbent when contacted.

Brother International Singapore recently appointed The Hoffman Agency as its public relations agency-of-record. It also earlier handed its creative and media duties for the Singapore market to T.Y.A. and UM Singapore, respectively.
