Andrea Wang joins JWT Beijing as group creative director

BEIJING - Beijing-based creative veteran Andrea Wang, currently creative director of Lintas Beijing, will move on to become the group creative director at JWT Beijing, starting in mid-June.

Wang will report to Polly Chu, chief creative officer of JWT Beijing.

Wang’s appointment is part of the internal restructuring of JWT Beijing. She will be working on local and international accounts including Shell, China Unicom, Yili and other new business accounts.

Wang has been at Lintas Beijing for the more than two years, and has crafted campaigns for Audi, China Mobile and HawTai Automobile. Previously she worked at Grey Beijing for nine years.

Wang's career move follows Tammy Sheu, previously managing partner of Lintas Shanghai, who joined JWT Beijing as managing director last November, while Andy Xu, most recently GM of JWT Beijing, has joined Lintas China as managing partner and chief executive for Beijing, as reported last January.

JWT Beijing's recent new business win includes Shell TongyiGome, and Renren.
