Taiwan High Speed rail selects Mindshare and Ogilvy
The company, which is responsible for building and operating Taiwan’s High Speed Rail (HSR) service, was seeking an effective consumer contact point strategy in addition to media planning and buying capabilities, according to Erika Wang, leader of Mindshare Taiwan.

Mindshare will be responsible for media and strategic duties. Meanwhile, Ogilvy will handle the account’s creative tasks while working alongside Mindshare to develop content and handle crisis management for subsequent campaigns.

The THSRC is in the process of building a 345km link between Kaohsiung and Taipei that will enable a 90-minute journey between the two cities.
