Sandeman and Hale to head Impact in Asia and Australia

SYDNEY - Impact Employee Communications, a subsidiary consultancy of Ogilvy PR, has appointed Tam Sandeman and Stephen Hale (pictured respectively) as joint managing directors.

The pair succeed David Sawicki, who has recently taken on the role of executive chairman at the company.

Prior to joining the Sydney-based firm, Sandeman held senior roles at Ogilvy PR sister company Pulse Communications and GCI London, while Hale has worked in senior marketing positions at Time Warner, News Limited and Accor Services.

Impact operates in a total of 14 markets across Asia-Pacific and works with clients such as Nestlé, Lion Nathan, Qantas, Leighton Contractors, Ernst & Young and Blue Scope Steel.
