Industry sources said that Adam O'Conor, CEO at Ogilvy & Mather Group Hong Kong, did not offer to retain the duo. O'Conor has not responded to a request for comment.

It is not known where the creatives may be headed.

Chan attended the Cannes Lions Festival just last month to pick up a Gold Press Lion awarded for a Beijing Sports Radio campaign.

The pair has also been working on accounts such as Shangri-La Hotels, Coca-Cola, Sprite, IBM, Amex, and Orbis out of the Hong Kong office.

The pair joined Ogilvy & Mather Hong Kong from M&C Saatchi in January 2010.

Campaign Asia-Pacific (then Media) spoke to Handford and Chan in May 2010 about creative talent.
