Charmaine Lin left the global network of  Weber Shandwick China in 2018 to join Reuter, a smaller independent agency with just over 40 staff across Greater China for a role that entails more control over her career. A year later, the luxury intelligence, digital, communications and marketing agency grew to 100 staff and doubled in size.
