Stevenson was previoulsy a freelance copywriter with BBH and Y&R. Lim's appointment follows several years working at agencies including Y&R and Publicis and within the local film industry. Both join this week and report to creative director Tom Ormes.

Stevenson will begin work for the agency’s clients Heineken, Johnnie Walker and Adidas, while Lim will work across the agency’s key accounts.

Stevenson said, “In a world where a lot of agencies embrace integration by printing it in upper-case on their name cards, it’s nice to find one whose mantra really is ‘Media anything idea everything’. Iris is doing things that other agencies aren’t even thinking about. And even nicer that they found a desk for me.”

Tom Ormes, creative director at Iris Singapore, said, “Having quality talent like Larry and Kimbo on board is an exciting way forward for Iris in 2011. Beyond being great at what they do, they’re both very cool people. It’s going to be an interesting year.”

Iris Singapore launched the site Iquit.sg as a way of publicising the agency’s recruitment drive. The site allows those in the ad industry to create their own resignation letters using bespoke templates for all the main agencies, including Ogilvy, Publicis, Y&R, Saatchi & Saatchi, Grey and McCann Worldwide.
