Fulford PR receives the business after a competitive pitch, but the names of the other agencies involved are undisclosed.

There is no incumbent agency on the account.

Paragon Shopping Centre relaunched just earlier this month, and it is looking to regain visitors’ traffic and create a fashion savvy image in Singapore.

Paragon has charged Fulford PR to grow its brand awareness over the next ten months. Activities include media and public outreach and events management. Linda Fulford, managing director of Fulford PR states that the retail industry is very crowded in Singapore. The agency will have 'a calendar of activities' ready to ramp up marketing efforts for Paragon.

Fulford PR was acquired by international marketing group Qobliq earlier this month to become the Asian arm for its communication division.
