Fulford PR acquired by international marketing group Qobliq

SINGAPORE - Singaporean public relations agency Fulford PR has been acquired by international marketing services group Qobliq.

Qobliq was formed with the aim of creating the international group, combining sponsorship, PR, digital and experiential marketing. Since December 2007, it has acquired UK sponsorship consultancies brandRapport and Arena, Sponsorclick France, a French sponsorship consultancy immediately rebranded brandRapport France, Nouveau Jour, a leading French experiential agency, and Red Button, a leading French consumer and corporate PR agency. 

Fulford PR will become the Asian arm of Qobliq’s communications divisions, supporting and growing the group’s consumer and sports portfolio in the region, closely working with sports PR and sponsorship specialists brandRapport and consumer PR agency Red Button on its diverse portfolio of sports, consumer and corporate accounts. 

Qobliq is itself backed by established investment company, Ingenious Media Active Capital (IMAC), which counts a wide array of businesses under its portfolio ranging from broadcast providers, exhibition marketing, event management, communications and digital offerings. 

Fulford PR was established in Singapore in 1999 by managing director Linda Fulford on the back of two sporting accounts, the Davidoff Asian PGA Tour and the West McLaren Mercedes Formula One Team. Since then, then agency has grown to become one of Singapore’s pre-eminent lifestyle PR agencies.
