In July, it was reported that CTF was on the lookout for an advertising agency on a consultant basis.

According to China Retail News, the CTF Group is investing heavily in China in the coming three years. A RMB200 million (US$30 million) is put into place for the opening of a regional retail headquarter in Shenzhen.

CTF currently boasts with more than 1,000 jewellery outlets in the mainland. Its sales is expected to reach RMB30 billion (US$4 billion) in 2010, up 50 per cent from last year. Chen Shichang, director of CTF Group and general manager for the China region, said the company aims to double the store numbers in the market.
