Tan will report to John Ng, managing director and regional executive creative director Sonal Dabral, and work in partnership with chief strategist Patrick Le Clercq.

“The leadership troika of management, strategy and creative is complete. We now have the full leadership team to provide thought leadership, strategic thinking and guidance to help clients bridge the traditional and the 'new' world," remarked Ng.

He has over ten years experience in the industry, with a background in digital creative and design. Early on in his career, Tan worked at Formul8 as part of its pioneering team, and eventually ventured out on his own in 2003 by setting up creative consultancy Ohplay.

Tan has been trained in both the art and interactive development disciplines, and has a track record in delivering immersive experiences both online and offline.

“Furthermore, Tan's highly entrepreneurial background is perfect for our vision of the Singapore office as an incubator for a completely new model of agency. As our environments change and demand new thinking, we can throw away the rule book and help clients respond to new challenges and to help them understand how and where communications may, or may not, help,” added Ng.

"Our ambition is to bring people closer to brands and start new conversations, by weaving ideas and technology to drive engagement and deliver results. With Ken on board, I am looking forward to making this vision a reality," said Dabral.
