APD Singapore CEO Tobias Wilson said the agency is targeting significant growth over the next 12 months.

“Our key focus for the next 12 months is to grow exponentially by executing business-changing digital strategies,” he said. “Delivered by the best talent, to clients who realise the true potential of digital doesn’t lie in impressions.”

Walton joins APD from digital and social media agency Dentsu Mobius, where she was group head of planning across clients, including Singapore Airlines, Mondelez, ANZ Bank, and ESPN.

Meanwhile, Matthews has been named as CEO of APD’s performance marketing division in Asia, with a brief to grow the company’s suite of customer acquisition channels in the region. Matthews has relocated to Singapore from Sydney, where he ran APD’s performance marketing business in Australia since its inception 12 years ago.

Commenting on Matthew’s joining the Singapore team, the company said performance marketing represented a tremendous opportunity in Asia and the agency had already began securing business with new clients in the region.
