A seasoned professional at MGV Innovation, Felicia Hartono has substantially contributed to over 500 projects and has won the approval of over 400 clients during her tenure as creative director. Her expertise in design, spanning nearly a decade, has led to the successful execution of various innovative campaigns and installations. Notably, her leadership has resulted in significant business value, with initiatives generating approximately three million in revenue between 2022 and 2023.

Hartono's achievements include spearheading notable campaigns such as the augmented reality (AR) Santa for Pacific Place, and earning her recognition with the ‘Local Hero’ and ‘Best Client-agency Partnership’ silver awards. Additionally, her contributions to the NBA Summer Base campaign, featuring electronic jerseys and passes on the app, earned her another medal for "Best Use of Innovative Technology" at the International CMA Awards. Her collaboration on the Hermes window display at Hong Kong International Airport also garnered positive attention.

Beyond her professional accomplishments, Hartono actively engages in team-building activities and knowledge-sharing initiatives.
