A ‘greenwashed’ ad unlike any other

In an amusing insurance ad by BBDO Bangkok, two brothers remain calm amid a series of stress-inducing incidents.

This insurance ad features a car accident, but the emotions attached to such a scene—such as worry or panic—are absent. You see, the colour green is said to make one calmer and can reduce stress and anxiety.

In a new film by Roojai Online Insurance, two brothers are involved in a car accident but remain unfazed amid the direness of the situation. Even when a set of green kangaroos emerge in the scene, the human characters are noticeably oblivious. Ad Nut very much enjoys the deadpan humour here.

In another film by the insurance company, a character involved in a car accident is encouraged to lower her voice to ‘save her ears’. The same set of kangaroos appear in this spot—perhaps more creepily in this one.
