Wwwins Isobar China promotes chief creative officer

SHANGHAI - Executive creative director Peter Shen has been promoted to chief creative officer for Wwwins Isobar China, effective immediately.

In his new role, Shen will be responsible for raising Isobar's creative standard, particularly in China, and contributing to the next generation of digital creative talents for the company.

Before joining Wwwins Taiwan as creative director in 2004, Shen worked for JWT Advertising (Taiwan), JWT Direct (Taiwan) and Ogilvy Interactive (Taiwan). He subsequently relocated to Wwwins China in 2005.

During his career, Shen has worked across both local and MNC clients including Coca-Cola, ABInBev, Moët Hennessy, BMW, Nissan, Phillips, P&G, Adidas, HSBC, AMEX, Nokia, IBM and Yahoo. He has also been honoured at Spikes Asia, Digital Media Awards, Times Asia-Pacific Advertising Awards and Click Awards. 

"Peter is a rare character in the creative field that combines creativity with great business sense. With a good sense of humor, he produces creative ideas as witty problem solving tools for brands,” said Jean Lin, CEO of Isobar APAC and founder of Wwwins Isobar Greater China.

“He has no patience for ignorance, but devotes significant time in helping young talent in the company to identify and improve great ideas. Young talent is the core to the success of our business, and we will be very aggressive in this area finding and training young creatives.”
