Victorian Electoral Commission re-appoints Grey Melbourne for election education campaign in Australia
The WPP firm has been charged with publicising the Victorian state elections in 2010. Grey previously handled creative work for four of the last five state elections for Victoria, but the account is subject to statutory annual review.

In the nine months leading up to the election, Grey will launch through-the-line campaigns to educate the public on the voting process.

On the account win, Randal Glennon, general manager of Grey Melbourne, said: “We’re delighted to have been chosen for this highly sensitive campaign. It’s a significant achievement to have now been involved with four out of the last five elections.”

Separately, Italian confectionery giant Ferrero recently appointed Grey Mumbai to its advertising account across India.
