Unilever branded TV drama rakes in 100 million views on Tudou

The Chinese title of the series, 'wu xie ke ji,' is a play on words of Clear Shampoo's tagline, which is pronounced the same way but means 'no flakes can strike.'

According to Tudou, it is the second drama series that has passed the 100 million threshold, following 'The Myth', which was launched at the beginning of this year.

The drama is about the trials and tribulations of a group of young people and how they overcome challenges in their career, relationships and lives, branding an unbeatable spirit. The heroine is a fresh graduate who has landed a job in an international public relations agency, working with none other than Clear as her key client.

She falls in love with the office janitor who turns out to be a spy from a competitor agency. And so the story of love, betrayal and office politics begins.

The drama has been aired across six major satellite TV channels and six web sites. PHD China is the media agency behind the campaign.
