Tiger Gate Entertainment boosts regional management with addition of Alexis Kwong, Sorel Roget

HONG KONG - Tiger Gate Entertainment (TGE) has appointed Alexis Kwong as VP of sales and marketing and Sorel Roget as senior manager of sales and marketing, based at the Hong Kong headquarters and working on a regional level.

Kwong reports to CEO of TGE, William Pfeiffer. He will be responsible for managing all sales, distribution and marketing operations for the pay-TV channel. He will also focus on developing awareness for the KIX and Thrill channels in Asia.

Kwong was most recently the programme director at Next TV in Taiwan. Prior to that, he was the director of music, talent and artist relations at NewsCorp’s Star Group, and eventually headed Channel V’s headquarters in Hong Kong. Kwong has also worked at Sony Music Asia, where he developed digital music strategies in the region during the late 90s.

Sorel Roget joins from W Hong Kong, where she was the director of revenue management for the hotel brand. Her marketing experience includes 10 years in the hotel industry.
