STW Group launches specialist research company Touchpoint

Market research data collection agency Touchpoint will offer services including specialist computer assisted telephone interviewing (CATI), data processing, coding and other data entry services.

“Online research has certainly seen rapid growth in recent years,” said Helena Harrison, operations director at Touchpoint.

“But we know that clients still want to have direct conversations with their customers, both existing and potential. CATI has a vital role to play in providing key insights and continues to be used extremely successfully in the research mix,” she said.

Touchpoint will service both the B2B and B2C sectors. It will also partner with clients on individual services as required. The operation is based in New South Wales.
