Singapore's National Library Board calls media pitch

SINGAPORE - The National Library Board (NLB) has called a media pitch for an agency to handle media buying and develop a media plan for bus-shelter advertisements.

The scope of services includes procurement of print advertisement space in newspapers and magazines at Today, Straits Times, Lian He Zao Bao, What’s Up, 8 Days, Juice and IS.

The appointed agency should liaise with various media platforms on advertisement placements, creative buys, media bookings and purchasing. It is also required to buy ad space for two weeks at bus shelters across the country.

The contract period is one year, with the option of annual extensions for up to two years.

The closing date for the tender is 2 May.
