Singapore's National Heritage Board calls media pitch

SINGAPORE - The National Heritage Board (NHB) has called a media pitch to appoint agencies to provide services in media planning and buying.

The scope includes traditional, on-ground and digital channels (360 approach), for the planned campaigns and other activities, in Singapore for all NHB divisions, museums and institutions as well as all Language Council Secretariat’s projects.

The contract period is for 12 months with the option to extend for another 12 months.

The key objective of the media pitch, according to the tender, is to ensure NHB continues to plan and buy the highest standard and to ensure media costs remain competitive.

The five key stakeholders involved in the pitch are NHB, Asian Civilisations Museum, National Museum of Singapore, Singapore Art Museum and The Language Council Secretariat.

The deadline to tender submissions is 2 October. A mandatory tender briefing will take place this Friday.

The appointed agencies are expected to submit monthly progress reports on media activities to NHB, and to submit a detailed analysis and comparison reports for all media plans.
