The contract period is for 12 months with the option to extend for another 12 months.

The key objective of the media pitch, according to the tender, is to ensure NHB continues to plan and buy the highest standard and to ensure media costs remain competitive.

The five key stakeholders involved in the pitch are NHB, Asian Civilisations Museum, National Museum of Singapore, Singapore Art Museum and The Language Council Secretariat.

The deadline to tender submissions is 2 October. A mandatory tender briefing will take place this Friday.

The appointed agencies are expected to submit monthly progress reports on media activities to NHB, and to submit a detailed analysis and comparison reports for all media plans.
