Ouyang joins from Union Mission Communications where she was leading work for Porsche, Toyota and and other major clients. Li has more than five years' experience in the aerospace and automotive marketing.

Meanwhile, Sally Warren, former GM of R3:GC Asia, is also leaving the company. "We're sad to see Sally go, she was a great driving force for us across markets for our research, but our focus is now locally on the markets that matter," Vacchiano commented.

R3:GC is currently conducting research with over 100 of China's top marketers on their PR agency perception, performance and processes. "We're very fortunate to bring in such strong talent to engage companies in this research – and help drive insights for agencies," said Cesar Vacchiano, President and CEO of R3:GC.

He added that the company now has strong talent in India through partnership with Domor, giving them the inside track in the two most important developing markets for the changing agency environment" he added.

The results of the China PR Study, the first of its kind, will be available in early 2011.
