Consumer practice leader Szczepanek has led the agency’s regional P&G work since moving to Singapore two years ago. He also handles other accounts such as Gillette, Pampers, Reckitt-Benckiser, Mercedes-Benz and Bosch Home Appliances.

Szczepanek previously worked as senior account executive at Hill & Knowlton and PR manager at The Intelligence Factory.

Michael Ramah, acting CEO at Porter Novelli, noted that Dixon has contributed significantly to the growth and quality of the regional network and global client relationships during his 12 years with the agency.

“Jimmy has built strong regional client-relationship capabilities, giving me full confidence in his ability to lead our Singapore team to continue to provide smart, highly effective communications services for our clients, and to help develop our strong APAC presence,” he commented on the appointment.

Dixon has chosen to stay in Asia, following the completion of his six-year posting in the role. His role as the agency’s south Asian regional network leader will be taken over by north Asian regional leader John Orme, who leads Porter Novelli’s operation in China.
