Microsoft appoints Jonathan Hardy as sales development director

ASIA-PACIFIC - Microsoft Advertising today announced the appointment of Jonathan Hardy as sales development director for Microsoft Advertising and Publishing Solutions, Greater Asia-Pacific.

Hardy will be responsible for driving integrated campaigns for clients across Asia-Pacific and report to Richard Dunmall, general manager of Microsoft Advertising, Greater Asia Pacific.

He has over 20 years' experience in sales and management in working across multiple platforms around the world. Recently, Hardy founded and ran Energy Media Networks in working with clients such as the New York Times Media Group, Reuters and Conde Nast.

On his appointment, Hardy said: “2010 is going to be an exciting time as we prepare to embrace and experience the impact of digital media in our daily functions and I’m thrilled to be part of this change with Microsoft Advertising.”

Richard Dunmall adds that, “With Hardy as a valuable addition to our team, we will continue to expand our network and partners around the region with our digital expertise and experience.”
