The agency bagged three out of a total of four projects that were pitched out by the firm, beating out McCann Erickson, Y&R and Bates 141.

Lowe Philippines took home the Timberland Heights project, a suburban development situated to the east of Manila. In addition, the agency also scooped up the mid-rise and high rise properties of Filinvest.

Meanwhile, Y&R was awarded the creative account for the remaining Filinvest Corporate City project located in Alabang.

"We are honoured to be given the opportunity to partner with Filinvest in their efforts to be an even stronger, re-energised brand in the real estate category," remarked Lowe Philippines president and CEO Mariles Gustilo.

Filinvest is a leading real estate developer in the Philippines, engaging in a wide array of projects such as mid-rise buildings, condominiums, retail and commercial developments and subdivisions.
