The appointment came after the organisers of the JewelFest called a pitch in April this year, according to Fulford.

The agency has been tasked with driving media awareness and ramping up the event’s public profile within the corporate, luxury and lifestyle segments.

The public relations company started working with JewelFest in July. The event takes place between 12 and 21 October.

“We look forward to working with them to further cement our position as the quintessential luxury jewelry affair in Asia,” said Kean Ng, the Chairman of JewelFest 2012.
