Isobar appointed for Rosewood Hotels 20-website project

Isobar Hong Kong will be working on global digital strategy and initiatives for the hotel brand. By far the agency's largest website project to date, the assignment includes the launch of 20 individual websites for properties such as Rosewood Mansion in Dallas, The Carlyle in New York, Las Ventanas al Paraíso in Mexico, CordeValle in San Martin, Caneel Bay in St. John, Jumby Bay in Antigua and Al Faisaliah Hotel in Saudi Arabia.

The first phase of this project is scheduled to be unveiled in March 2013. Rosewood’s first China property will also open in the summer of 2013, spearheading the Group’s Asian expansion plans. Rosewood Beijing, a 279-room and 22-storey hotel, is expected to open in the city's Chaoyang district. The company plans to open at least 10 properties in Asia within five years.

With an ultra-luxury clientele, Rosewood Hotels & Resorts has "far-reaching plans in the digital arena and view the embodiment of our brand online as a key differentiator,” said its vice-president of sales and marketing, Ralph Aruzza.
