Huaso teams with Sony for CCTV drama

HONG KONG - Huaso Film/Television Digital Production Company Limited and Sony Pictures Television International have teamed to launch a television drama on CCTV, a first for Huaso.

Huaso teams with Sony for CCTV drama
The 24-episode series, called The Game, will run on Hong Kong’s state-owned CCTV channel and is based on Liu Ping’s suspense novel The Lunatic.

The launch will be a first for Huaso, a subsidiary of the China Film Group, which has only created television movies for the channel in the past.
