Full-service agency Dentsu Communications open second office in Bangalore

MUMBAI - Dentsu Communications, a full-service advertising arm of Dentsu India, has confirmed it is opening a second office in Bangalore.

Dentsu Communications’ Bangalore Two is lead by general manager Samrat Chengappa. The second operation also hosts Dentsu Digital which offers new media services such as digital and mobile for South India.

Bangalore One is separately headed by Taira Kimura, resident executive director of Dentsu Communications. This office manages the Toyota India business.

Kishore Subramanian, VP and branch head at Dentsu Communications, oversees both offices in Bangalore.

Rajesh Aggarwal (pictured), president of Dentsu India commented on the new launch, “Seven years ago, we at Dentsu India started with the launch of our first agency, Dentsu Communications in Bangalore. Today as we launch Bangalore Two on our seventh anniversary, we are certain that it will allow Dentsu Communications room for its next phase of growth.”

Dentsu Communications was launched in Bangalore in October 2003. It currently has offices across Delhi, Chennai and Kolkata.

Reported yesterday, Dentsu launched Dentsu MediaTech in India as the country's fourth full-service agency.
