Far East Organization promotes revamped mall

SINGAPORE - Singapore's largest property developer, Far East Organization, has launched a S$1.6 million (US$1.05 million) Leo Burnett-produced through-the-line drive to market its revamped shopping mall, West Coast Plaza.

The ‘What’s going on in the West’ campaign aims to boost awareness and shopper traffic to the mall, which has undergone a $26 million facelift. The campaign is slated to run for the next six weeks in major dailies such as The Straits Times and Today, as well as on buses and MRT stations.

“We have confirmed a substantial advertising & promotions programme to promote West Coast Plaza right up to Christmas and into the New Year, and are committed to sustaining our A&P efforts to create awareness and generate shopper traffic,” said Susan Leng, deputy director of retail management at Far East Organization.
