Fancl hands US$18m media account to Carat Hong Kong

HONG KONG - Carat Hong Kong has replaced Mediacom as the new media partner for the US$18 million Fancl account, according to Admango.

Carat pitched against two other agencies, including the incumbent Mediacom, to win the business that will include all planning and buying.

"Carat put together an impressive presentation that not only demonstrated their capabilities, but equally important was their passion about our brand and business," said Royce Yuen, executive director of Fancl.

Founded in Japan 30 years ago, Fancl was developed to create effective skincare solutions with a holistic approach of offering products and its famous for its 'Less is more' ad slogan.
