Eyeka appoints Joël Céré to strategy role

SINGAPORE – Eyeka has appointed Joël Céré as strategy and innovation director.

Céré will lead strategic marketing and co-innovation programmes for major clients in Asia-Pacific and champion new service offers. He is based in Singapore.

Céré brings 14 years of international experience in advertising, PR, media and digital with entrepreneurial flair to provide innovative solutions to complex business and brand communication problems.

He recently consulted on brand strategy for Bates 141. During his career, he has led the strategic planning offer for advertising agency Grey Interactive in London, was the regional vice-president for public relations at Hill & Knowlton’s social media practice in Europe, Middle East and Africa, and co-founded a pioneering social recommendation engine in California.

His client experience includes Merck, GM, Philips, HP, Mars, BAT, AstraZeneca, Dell, Deutsche Bank, Canon, Toyota, NTUC and Disney.
