Euro RSCG Hong Kong wins Sony Vaio creative business

HONG KONG - Sony has awarded Euro RSCG its Vaio computer account in Hong Kong following a competitive pitch.

Euro RSCG Hong Kong wins Sony Vaio creative business
In addition to overseeing Vaio’s creative business in Hong Kong, Euro RSCG has been charged with developing a through-the-line campaign for Sony’s new Vaio X Series.

The win extends Sony’s relationship with the agency, which has worked with the brand for seven years on consumer electronics products in Hong Kong including Walkman – an account Euro RSCG has held since 2002 – and Sony’s Handycam and Bravia television sets, both held since 2006.

“Sony is a world leader in consumer electronics and we look forward to continuing to build on our previous work in developing comprehensive solutions that optimize creative ideas across different mediums,” said Dennis Wong, managing director of Euro RSCG Hong Kong and Southern China.

The win comes more than a year after Sony selected BBDO Hong Kong as its creative agency in the market, following a pitch that also included M&C Saatchi and JWT.
