Eileen Borromeo joins BBDO Philippines as strategic planning director

MANILA - BBDO Guerrero Proximity Philippines has announced the appointment of Eileen Borromeo to the position of strategic planning director.

Borromeo spent the last two years as a strategic planner at Bartle Bogle Hegarty (BBH) Asia based in Singapore. During her time at BBH, she worked on the agency’s regional Vaseline and Surf accounts and played an active role in the Singapore Tourism Board business win.

Prior to moving to Singapore, Borromeo was a strategic planner at Ogilvy & Mather Philippines working on clients including Kimberley Clark, Unilever and Nestle.
 
Commenting on the hire, Paul Roebuck, chief executive of BBDO Guerrero Proximity Philippines, said, “I am really excited by Eileen’s decision to return to the Philippines. As a major talent in the industry we have had our eye on her for many years and I know she is going to make a huge contribution to driving both the quality and relevance of our work to even greater heights.”
