Research has shown that one in three Victorian citizens renovates and participates in significant home maintenance every year. Consumer Affairs Victoria is here to ensure people understanding the building process and provide assistance to the financial and emotion pressure that consumers have – especially to the ones that are lack in experiences.

Grey Melbourne has created an animated family for the TV commercial. The campaign is also supported with radio, outdoor, print and online displays.

Grey was awarded the creative business for Consumer Affairs Victoria last March.
