40 Under 40 2024: The trailblazers redefining marketing in APAC

Campaign Asia-Pacific's prestigious 40 Under 40 winners are driving innovation and pushing boundaries across the region's marketing landscape. Prepare to be inspired.

40 Under 40 2024: The trailblazers redefining marketing in APAC

The marketing and communications industry thrives on fresh perspectives and bold ideas, and this year's Campaign Asia-Pacific 40 Under 40 winners embody that spirit in abundance.

We received impressive nominations, making the jury’s job incredibly challenging. Comprising industry leaders, including Cecilia Yeong, marketing director at DFI Retail Group; Joanna White, head of promotions and partnerships—APAC at Hasbro Singapore; Kaveri Khullar, SVP, consumer marketing, sponsorships and gaming at Mastercard Asia Pacific; Campaign’s editor Nikita Mishra; and editorial director Robert Sawatsky, the jury was genuinely inspired by the trailblazers reshaping the industry, challenging norms, and lifting others in their ascent.

Diversity is top priority for every project or event Campaign undertakes. And this list stands out for its remarkable diversity. The winners are from 14 markets across APAC, including Australia, New Zealand, China, Hong Kong, India, Japan, Malaysia, Philippines, Singapore, Taiwan, Thailand, Sri Lanka, and Vietnam. And they respresent the full spectrum of the industry from independent agencies to global networks, media publishers, financial services, adtech, martech, PR, healthcare communications, and video marketing.

We're pleased about the gender parity of the final winners as well. While 2023's 40 Under 40 winners had 14 females and 26 males due to a skewed number of submissions from men, in 2024, the needle has shifted with 22 women and 18 men making the cut.

To those who didn't make this list, your achievements are commendable, the competition was just too tight. We hope you see it as encouragement to return next year.

And without further ado, congratulations to the class of 2024! We are inspired by your stories and excited to see what you achieve in the years to come.
