Langton joins as vice-president of business development, Asia-Pacific, where he is responsible for creating and developing partnerships with agencies, advertisers and publishers. He reports to founder and CEO Reza Behnam with whom Langton has been working with, behind the scenes, for the past six weeks.

Langton's previously held roles include founding CEO of XM-Asia, CEO of Carat Singapore and Malaysia, Asia-Pacific president of Wunderman, and Asia-Pacific president of McCann WorldGroup's Momentum.

Choi joins Adz as regional sales director for Southeast Asia and will be reporting to Langton. Most recently, Choi was head of display sales at Yahoo Southeast Asia and has previously held roles with Google Korea and 24/7 Media Korea.

Commenting on the dual appointment, Behnam said the Adz team would benefit from their extensive experiences. "Langton’s leadership experience at various agencies will be invaluable as we continue to bring efficiencies to digital media planning and buying practices across the Asia-Pacific region.  Choi’s pedigree and experience across various leadership positions in Korea and Southeast Asia will help us develop deep client relationships in the region," he said.
