Morley will take on added marketing responsibilities for countries including Indonesia, Malaysia, and Singapore to his remit.
He joined Motorola in 2007 to head up marketing for the EMEA region. His role was expanded last year to include Russia and some of Asia.
Morley joined Motorola from Harrods Group, where he was group marketing director.

In June, Asia's largest online and mobile music company Soundbuzz , which Motorola acquired in January 2008 for its Motomusic service, shut down.

According to a statement, Motorola will exit the Soundbuzz White Label business in Australia, India, Indonesia and Singapore, and will close Motomusic in India, Singapore and Vietnam on 15 July.
