Allianz Ayudhya launches interactive music video campaign

BANGKOK - Insurer Allianz Ayudhya Assurance (Azay) has launched an interactive music video campaign via a Facebook application in an effort to engage with online users and educate them about the company’s new corporate image.

With the concept ‘Always there for you’, the campaign is being promoted through banners, Google display network ads and Facebook ads. Azay collaborated with Mindshare and mInteraction to execute the media, application production, and development of the music video content.

Allianz Ayudhya officially changed its name from Ayudhya Allianz CP Life (AACP) in July after Charoen Pokphand Group and Bank of Ayudhya (BAY) sold their stakes in the insurer to Sri Ayudhya Capital, a holding firm partly owned by German-based Allianz Group.

Developed by mInteraction Bangkok, the application allows users to direct the actions of characters in a music video, which shows the five-year relationship of a couple. At the end of the music video, a popup screen asks users to answer a question about the video for a chance to win prizes including an insurance policy of US$16,000 claimed value.
