DATA POINTS: The efficiency of search and social ads

Research by Kenshoo, which makes predictive marketing software, reveals that marketers in Asia-Pacific (including Japan) are enjoying an all-time high in clickthrough rates on search advertising, while CTRs are also on the rise for social (Facebook) ads. Meanwhile cost-per-click remained consistent in Asia-Pacific and Japan with a slight quarter-over-quarter and YoY decrease in Q3—meaning marketers are paying less for more.
