XM hires creative lead and boosts digital team in Malaysia

KUALA LUMPUR – XM has added several new hires to its XM-JWT Malaysia operation, appointing Tony Low as creative group head to lead its creative and rich media department.

Low joins from Ogilvy where he was senior art director, handling the Maxis account. Previously, he held roles with Arachnid and Agenda.

He was also with XM-Asia Pacific in Singapore in 2005. Low will report to Rueben Anthony, general manager of XM-JWT Malaysia.

Separately, Muhammad Hatta and Soo How have joined XM as senior rich media developer and rich media developer, respectively. Hatta will report to Low.

Siang Lee has also been appointed senior tech consultant and Kevin Goh joins as tech consultant. Both will be reporting to Ivan Tan, operations manager at XM-JWT Malaysia.

On the appointments, Taru Jain (pictured), managing director at XM Asia-Pacific in Singapore, said, "The addition of these talented individuals to our team reiterates our dedication. I am looking forward to working with each of these individuals to drive the agency forward and create dynamic work for our clients."
