Singh takes on the role of senior consultant, with clients Singapore Tourism Board and Malaysian Airlines included in his portfolio. Before coming on board, he gained seven years experience in the data space working for multi-national firms such as Ford, AOL and Deloitte Consulting, holding roles ranging from programme manager to marketing analyst.

In addition, his working experience in Omniture, Comscore, Webtrends and Google Analytics allows him to help clients understand how to best utilise their measurement platforms.

Vincent Ng, meanwhile, was appointed associate consultant responsible for the firm’s clients Hewlett-Packard, Economic Development Board and Info-Comm Development. Prior to this role, he spent six years working in market research coordinating with clients including Unilever, StarHub, Maybank and Carlsberg.

His core experience lies in project management, research, and usage and attitude studies across the Singapore and Malaysia markets.

Lui said that the appointments would add further depth, breadth and agility in how the firm’s clients market their brands and services. He adds that the search for new consultancy talents is an ongoing process as the agency invests in areas that are most important to its clients in this age of return on investment.
