Tribal DDB Korea appoints digital head

SEOUL - Lee DDB Group, the Korean arm of DDB, has appointed Brian Jung (pictured) to lead Tribal DDB in the market.

As head of digital, Jung is charged with developing digital campaigns for Korean and multinational clients and will work with regional Tribal DDB executives to expand Tribal DDB Korea’s profile in Asia-Pacific.

Jung joins the agency from Javezz Communications in Seoul, where he was digital creative director. He has been in the industry for more than 10 years working at US agencies TBWACDTequila, MRM Worldwide, DraftFCB and Razorfish and ran his own boutique digital agency, Rapture, for three years.

He has additionally worked with clients including Fuji Xerox, Philips, Microsoft, SanDisk and Boehring Ingelheim.

“I believe Tribal DDB Korea can catapult itself to the forefront of digital and creative in Asia-Pacific, partnered with the support and capabilities of the Tribal DDB network,” Jung said of his appointment.
