Boller will now take on the role of regional director, Social@Ogilvy, responsible for heading operations in the Singapore office, as well as developing Southeast Asia markets.

She moves from her position as regional strategy director of the Social@Ogilvy in Hong Kong.

Reporting to Thomas Crampton, director Social@Ogilvy Asia Pacific, Boller will work on clients including Nestlé, AIA, Singapore Exchange and Unilever.

Crampton said the promotion demonstrates the mainstreaming of social within Ogilvy. "Social is no longer a nice to have, it is a must,” he said.

Boller replaces Shalu Wasu who has set up Rocket Labs, an Ogilvy Partner company. Based in Singapore, Rocket Labs is a start-up in the social app space and will focus on creating solutions that allow brands to engage effectively with consumers and fans across different social media platforms.
